Peco Unlocker - Privacy Policy
The Peco Unlocker app, developed by Peco Power (Pty) Ltd, is a free app used to unlock PowerBrick
devices connected with Bluetooth low energy. The app is committed to protecting the privacy of its
users. This Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded when
using the Peco Unlocker App.
The Peco Unlocker app does not collect or transfer any personal information from its users.
Collection of Information
The app will request the fine location permission to search for PowerBrick Bluetooth devices. Granting
this permission enables users to scan and connect to their PowerBrick and upload the voucher code to
it. Denying this permission will prevent users from connecting to and unlocking their PowerBrick using
the app.
It is important to note that no location information is read, stored, or transmitted to the developer or any
third party during this process.

Third-Party libraries
The app uses a third-party service to facilitate certain functionalities.
Microsoft Authentication is employed to authenticate Peco Champion users within the app, accessible
under the Device Configuration icon. This authentication process occurs within a browser where users
can sign in using a Microsoft account created in the Peco Unlocker application’s tenant. Only the
Microsoft accounts added as users have access to this feature.
Any user authentication information collected during the authentication process with Microsoft
Authentication is solely for the purpose of authentication and is not stored or shared with the developer.
